Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, Analytics or Communication;
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a digital or technology-focused environment;
Strong understanding of digital tools and platforms, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. Experience in Power BI is preferred;
Project management experience;
Experience in training end-users. Ability to inspire and motivate others to embrace new technologies and changes;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner. Fluency in Dutch is preferred;
A user-centric approach, with a passion for helping others and ensuring a positive user experience. Proactive attitude.
