The goal is to forecast demand accurately and ensure timely product availability for our customers. /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pullistrongDemand Planning: /strongulliCreate, monitor, and improve demand plans for both operational (13 weeks) and tactical (18-24 months) horizons in collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, and supply planning departments. /liliUnderstand and translate business dynamics (NPD, phase-in/out, promotions, events, seasonality, tenders, contracts, activations) into the demand plan. /li /ul /lilistrongData Analysis: /strongulliMonitor, analyze, and challenge the quality of enrichments provided by commercial teams. Offer advice based on expertise. /liliManage the weekly and monthly demand review process as part of the SOP cycle. /liliManage activities related to the constraining and allocation process to ensure the match of demand supply. /liliMonitor and take initiatives to improve KPI indicators: forecast accuracy, forecast bias, service level, and waste. /li /ul /lilistrongReporting and Communication: /strongulliExecute thorough analysis and provide adequate reporting when necessary. /liliAlign with supply points on availability and work towards continuous supply chain improvement. /liliManage management information and provide insights through periodical and ad hoc reports and/or analyses. /liliDrive the translation of the Supply Chain strategy into a Demand specific roadmap.
