  • Key Competencies:Deep expertise in HR systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow), especially in talent & rewards modules and processes (e.g. compensation, variable pay, performance mgt, etc).Proven project management skills and experience working in agile teams.Strong analytical, influencing, and communication skills.Ability to drive strategic digital innovation from concept to global implementation.
  • Education Level: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 (WO) – 7 (HBO) years in digital HR roles, with a focus on rewards, HR systems management, agile working, (senior) stakeholder management, and supporting change programs.
