Salon Education Partner – Netherlands – €52k
I’ve exclusively partnered with a Global Beauty & Cosmetics brand with their search to find a permanent Salon Education Partner to collaborate with the Sales Field team to drive sales growth through education and enhance brand awareness, resulting in:
- Increased uptake of brand portfolio
- New distribution in targeted salons through strategic prospecting
- Improved hairdresser skills and knowledge to support salon business grow
- Partner with salon owners to engage in commercial discussions, building loyalty and trust with both salon teams and owners
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate and train salon division products and services to potential and existing accounts in your region.
- Creating portfolio opportunities within current and potential salons
- Collaborate with designated Sales team members in the field to execute education plans and develop in-field activities that support key accounts and achieve business goals.
- Create individual salon training plans as part of Business Plans.
- Plan training courses or prospect events.
- Work collaboratively across all functions, closely supporting the Sales team to achieve common goals.
- Lead the education agenda monthly, reviewing goals and targets for new business and distribution.
- Collaborate effectively across all functions, partnering closely with the Sales teams.

- Present information confidently to demonstrate the value of education.
- Contribute positively to support the growth of the Salon Division.
- Be flexible and available to work outside your designated territories, including trade events, evenings, and weekends, with reasonable notice.
- Support sales in the direct channel by implementing strategic principles to acquire new business and accounts.
- Provide support and constructive challenge to the sales field team, offering creative solutions.
The person:
Proven knowledge and expertise in salon products and techniques. Proven industry experience in all aspects of hairdressing. Minimum of 3 years industry experience. Excellent collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills. Certificates (training/courses) in sales. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities successfully.
This is a field based role, ideal for a creative thinker and problem solver who is self-motived and task ordinated. You will be commercial aware in your field coupled with strong negotiation skills.
As an Salon Education Partner you will cover your assigned territory and will travel to: Apeldoorn, Amsterdam and Amersfoort, depending on events taking place in all locations.
Fluent in Dutch and preferably English, valid drivers licence.
