What we ask
You're a self-starter who gets things done with minimal direction. You thrive in high-pressure environments, think fast, act faster, and don't get stuck in analysis paralysis. You're equally comfortable challenging stakeholders and diving into system details as you are coordinating meeting rooms and managing access rights. Execution excellence happens at every level, and you get that.
You bring:
minimum 6-8 years of experience in project management, product ownership, or transformation roles within international organizations, preferably FMCG or consultancy environments;
proven ability to manage high-intensity workloads with competing priorities and tight deadlines without compromising quality;
a bias for action: you need little explanation to understand the core issue and move forward;
highly structured project management approach, yet flexible enough to handle daily ad hoc requests that require immediate action;
strong digital and IT literacy: you understand systems, data integration, and tools like Power BI, with ability to drive technical conversations with IT teams based on end-user needs;
experience with system integrations or migrations, ideally involving financial tracking or ERP systems;
financial acumen to understand costs and translate data into executive-ready business insights;
senior stakeholder management skills: you've dealt with and prepared presentations for senior leadership;
academic background in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Finance or related field;
fluency in English; Dutch is a strong advantage;
current residence in the Netherlands (we cannot provide relocation support for this role).
