At Yokogawa, you won’t just implement HR practices — you’ll help shape the way we work, grow, and lead across the Netherlands. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 pYou’ll act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, ensuring local HR practices are aligned with business needs and the broader YEF (European) and Yokogawa Global HQ strategy. You’ll be the local face of HR, guiding people topics with clarity, consistency, and care. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liHR Policies Projects – Design and implement local HR policies (e.g. health, flexible working) and ensure alignment with European and global initiatives. /li liGuide Advise – Advise managers and employees on HR topics; conduct assessments and gap analyses. /li liIn- Outflow – Support recruitment and exit processes; coordinate with contract agencies; initiate local employer branding in collaboration with TA CoE. /li liPeople Development – Identify training needs, set up development programs, and support performance improvement across teams. /li liOrganizational Development – Partner with management and Finance to assess capacity needs and drive change. /li liConflict Mediation – Resolve conflicts and support a positive work environment; contribute to GEES action planning. /li liTalent Performance Management – Support succession planning, 9‑box calibration, and performance reviews in coordination with the Talent CoE. /li liCompliance Audits – Ensure alignment with legal requirements, CLA, and internal standards. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liA bachelor’s or academic degree (preferably in HRM or related field). /li li5–10 years of HR experience, including advisory/business partnering roles. /li liA solid understanding of labor law, employee relations, and organizational development. /li liExperience implementing regional/global HR initiatives locally. /li liStrong communication and influencing skills — in English and Dutch. /li liPragmatism, empathy, and the confidence to challenge constructively. /li /ul h3What You’ll Get In Return /h3 ul liA role with ownership and variety, supporting real business impact. /li liA seat at the table — where HR is a partner, not a processor. /li liAn international, people‑first environment, with room to grow. /li liAccess to internal development opportunities, Dutch and European projects, and support from regional CoEs. /li liA healthy work‑life balance, flexible working conditions, and a competitive package. /li /ul pReady to shape the way people grow, lead, and thrive?
