We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to lead HR IT integrations as part of our agile teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical direction of system integrations and delivery of these services through strategic partners, within our agile product team focused on Integration, data usage and data quality. You will also be leading critical parts of maturing our overall SAP Successfactors end-to-end model for global scale, includes new capabilities and operational processes. Effective collaboration with various stakeholders, both within the IT department and across HR functions will be critical to your success. On longer term, you will play a crucial role in enabling our global HR transformation over the coming years, leading to more efficient HR processes, enhanced employee experience, and improved data security and compliance.
- Mature and improve current integration strategies for HR systems, implement and mature it as part of global HR expansions.
- Lead the technical IT design and delivery of HR system integrations with strong focus on connecting global HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HR Service Delivery mainly) with local strategic systems (e.g. payrolls).
- Oversees the delivery of integrations through strategic partners, and helps drive continuous improvement and strong delivery throughout
- Lead and support maturing our SAP Successfactors end-to end service for global scale. This could include (but not limited to) improve core service processes for more quality, better reliability; through to being key technical lead for new capabilities from evaluation to implementation.
- Work closely with Digital HR and IT teams in agile product team to convert functional needs into technical solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in HR system integrations.
Functie eisen
Wat we vragen
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in systems integrations and HR architecture.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and technology solutions, particularly SAP Successfactors modules and integration centre together with ServiceNow HRSD basics. CPI knowledge would be highly beneficial.
- Proven track record of setting direction and implementing change. Service Mgt (ITIL) and agile delivery exposure will be strongly beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a global and matrixed organization, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
