What we ask
Alongside your master’s degree (in HR or business related studies) and broad experience in job evaluation in large companies, you will ideally have:
Sound knowledge of and practical experience with the Hay job evaluation methodology.
Solid understanding of a business value chain, organizational structures, business management and finance.
Strong stakeholder management experience with senior leaders and able to manage stakeholders with different interests and agendas.
Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills. Able to understand and consider the diverse opinions of involved parties ahead of a proposal.
Compliance is second nature to you and you feel comfortable with convincing the Senior Management stakeholders in your concepts which might deviate from their expectations.
Ability to evaluate information from multiple sources, apply intuition and judgement to weigh their value and relevance to the decision at hand.
Strong numerical and analytical skills, including advanced Excel capability.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
