What we ask

Alongside your master’s degree (in HR or business related studies) and broad experience in job evaluation in large companies, you will ideally have:

  • Sound knowledge of and practical experience with the Hay job evaluation methodology.
  • Solid understanding of a business value chain, organizational structures, business management and finance.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with senior leaders and able to manage stakeholders with different interests and agendas.
  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills. Able to understand and consider the diverse opinions of involved parties ahead of a proposal.
  • Compliance is second nature to you and you feel comfortable with convincing the Senior Management stakeholders in your concepts which might deviate from their expectations.
  • Ability to evaluate information from multiple sources, apply intuition and judgement to weigh their value and relevance to the decision at hand. 
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, including advanced Excel capability. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
