What we ask

  • Your intellectual and professional level is at least equivalent to a Dutch Master’s Degree.
  • You have minimum of 8 years of work experience, of which at least 3 years managing programs/building solid business cases.
  • You have the capability to realize projects within time and budget, without making concessions to quality and safety. Specific project management skills such as Prince, WWW and PPM are a clear advantage.
  • Out of your helicopter you know how to keep a team motivated, you are analytical and result oriented and willing to work internationally.
  • You have excellent communication skills in order to bring various internal and external stakeholders together to work as a team.
