Agile Coach Location: Amsterdam – hybrid working Freelance Contract: 6 months initially Hourly rate: negotiable based on experienceWorking hours: 40 hours per week We are supporting a global tech client, seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support the adoption and maturity of Agile ways of working across teams, departments, and leadership. The role requires strong coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to drive change at multiple levels of an organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesCoach teams, Scrum Masters, and leaders on Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.), and mindsetFacilitate team development through workshops, retrospectives, planning sessions, and health checksSupport Agile transformations, including delivery improvements, team setup, and continuous improvement practicesPartner with stakeholders across product, delivery, and technology to identify and remove blockersEstablish and support Agile communities of practice and shared learning environmentsPromote alignment with agile values, foster collaboration, and embed sustainable ways of workingProvide coaching at both team and organisational level, adapting approach based on context and maturityRequired Skills and ExperienceDemonstrable experience as an Agile Coach or Senior Agile Practitioner in scaled or complex environmentsStrong knowledge of Agile methodologies and their application in real-world settingsSkilled facilitator with experience supporting multiple teams or delivery streamsAbility to influence, support, and challenge stakeholders at all levelsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAgile coaching certifications (e.G., ICP-ACC, SAFe SPC, CTC) are desirable but not essentialOpportunity to contribute to large-scale Agile change initiativesCollaborative and delivery-focused working environmentFlexible working arrangementsCompetitive rate based on experience
