What we ask
At least 7-12 years of relevant experience in Commercialization, with additional experience in other supply chain functions preferred
>2 years of line management experience in an operational Supply Chain role is preferred
“Operational excellence” experience with proven knowledge and experience in working with one or more methodologies such as “Lean” or “Six Sigma”
A successful track record of independently delivering results in terms of business or implemented programs, including managing tooling development and implementation
Relevant and demonstrated experience and success in change management and stakeholder management, preferably gained in an international business environment
Knowledge of tools and systems linked to product introductions, such as SAP PLM , SAP-IPD and/or Principal toolbox
Knowledge of latest trends and developments in commercialization and product portfolio management
Knowledge of target setting and follow-up processes; Performance Control Management
Influencing skills without hierarchical power; proven track record of working in complex global organizations and as such able to create and maintain relationships and achieve success via collaboration rather than hierarchy.
Languages: English and preferably one other language.
