What we ask
academic degree in Mechanical Engineering, food technology, manufacturing or similar field
minimum 4yrs of experience in commissioning of medium-large projects (>3MEUR) in manufacturing, preferably in FMCG
operational hands-on experience & mindset in commissioning, process technology, QA/QC
project management exposure gained from CapEx projects in a large multinational (preferably FMCG) or consulting firm
safety top of mind, seamless cross-functional collaboration and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and cultures
You are customer focused and able to act with speed and decisiveness to achieve the best results
You take ownership for your work and are continuously looking for new opportunities to make a change
You are able and willing to travel abroad (ca. 20%)
