At Applied Medical, we're looking for a skilled and motivated C&B Specialist to help shape programs that support the well‐being of our diverse team.
Your ImpactAs part of our European Compensation & Benefits Team, you'll work at the intersection of HR strategy, data analysis, and employee experience. Your insights will guide decisions that affect our team members across Europe.
You will join our Compensation & Benefits Team based at the European headquarters in Amersfoort (NL), reporting directly to the Manager Compensation & Benefits Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze market data surveys to ensure competitive compensation packages
Monitor labor market trends and legal changes across Europe and identify opportunities to improve our existing C&B programs
Execute the annual salary review cycle and job evaluations
Design and implement C&B programs, policies, and processes
Communicate C&B updates across the organization
Drive strategic projects focused on alignment, improvement, and engagement
What You Bring
Experience in Compensation & Benefits or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of C&B best practices, European labor laws, and benchmarking tools
Excellent communication skills in English (additional European language is a plus)
Curiosity, problem‐solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects
