Responsibilities
Manage and track course materials and documentation to ensure the event is set up for success, including forecasting and ordering the necessary items
Work close with our transport teams to monitor shipments and trouble shoot any occurring issues
Take a leading role in the management of document administration (payments, contracts, request forms etc.)
Support the registration process for workshop attendees including sending out invitations, invoices, and course confirmations and logistics
Process course fees, track and monitor logistical and faculty payments and travel reimbursements
Assist with the coordination of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual support, and materials shipment and distribution
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, industry experts, and healthcare organizations
Ensure compliance with all national and local regulations including coordinating legal agreements with industry experts and healthcare organizations
What you bring
Post-secondary professional education
At least 2 years of experience in event coordination or/and project management
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Good communication skills in another European language – Italian or French preferred
Organization and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Capable of multitasking and prioritizing deadlines and projects
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, and especially Excel spreadsheets
