LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
WORKING SCHEDULE: Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
COMPENSATION:
- €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
- €7.63 food allowance per working day
- Welcome Bonus – €4,000 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment

Your Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support via verbal and written communication.
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Resolve issues by following established procedures.
- Support multiple markets when required.
- Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Fluent verbal and written communication in Dutch
- C1 level of English
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities
- Ability to learn, retain, and manage large amounts of information
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong empathy and active listening skills
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational environment
