What we ask
Master’s degree or MBA
10+ years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably within Food or Consumer Healthcare (IFT category is a plus), with both local and global exposure
Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
Strong expertise in brand management and development, including digital, social, and content marketing
Proven experience in managing end-to-end NPD projects, from consumer insights to launch execution
Strong analytical skills with the ability to build business cases and manage budgets effectively
Strong ownership, strategic mindset, and commercial acumen; able to operate independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Based in the Netherlands, within commuting distance of Amersfoort
Willingness to travel approximately 25% to China and Hong Kong

Salary between €6,500 and €8,900 per month, depending on knowledge and experience (full-time);
Full-time workweek of 40 hours, 15% bonus, and a pension;
Flexible working hours, hybrid working, plus either a train pass or a travel allowance of €0.23 per km (up to 30 km one way).
200 hours of annual leave, the option to buy or sell 40 extra hours, and 8% holiday allowance;
