The Head of Farmer Support and Service Management will drive the development of a modern, service-focused organization that strengthens member relationships, identifies new opportunities, and ensures exceptional support for dairy farmers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and implement strategic initiatives in an international, dynamic environment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead, coach, and develop the Field Account Manager teams across the Netherlands and Belgium. /li liSupport team members in transitioning towards a more commercially driven and service-oriented approach. /li liStrengthen engagement and retention among member dairy farmers. /li liDrive continuous improvements in service quality and operational efficiency. /li liInitiate and lead projects aimed at service enhancement and excellence. /li liIdentify new commercial opportunities and translate these into actionable strategies. /li liContribute to the evolution of the farmer engagement strategy and service model. /li liPromote best practice sharing and enhance collaboration between Dutch and Belgian teams. /li liMaintain a close understanding of challenges faced by dairy farmers and the agricultural sector. /li liCollaborate internally to refine processes and optimize service delivery. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of relevant leadership and commercial experience. /li liStrong background in team management and change management. /li liFamiliarity with the agricultural sector, especially dairy farming, is preferred. /li liProven ability to develop and motivate teams within a multicultural setting. /li liExcellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills. /li liProactive, results-oriented, and collaborative working style. /li liFluent in Dutch (mandatory). /li liAbility to start immediately for a 6-month temporary assignment. /li /ul h3Other Information /h3 pIf you are interested and want to apply, please submit your application via the apply button below and contact me. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
