What we offer
We offer you an exciting and hands-on role in a global HR Organizational Development & Change team, with room to contribute your own ideas and shape how change is implemented across FrieslandCampina.
A full-time internship with a minimum duration of 6 months.
You will gain practical experience in organizational change, transformation, and toolkit development within a global company.
You will be given real responsibility, supported by experienced Change and HR professionals, and receive an appropriate internship allowance.
You will work hybrid, partly from home and two days from our office in Amersfoort, collaborating with colleagues across different countries and functions.
