ph3Project Process Description: /h3 pThe main idea of the project is to provide interactive panoramas from street-level positions worldwide. It includes building, testing, deploying, and maintaining imagery hardware and sensors used on various platforms. /p pThe Inventory Coordinator is part of the Field Solutions team. Their responsibilities include supporting domestic and international movement of imagery collection equipment, ensuring adherence to country-specific regulations, liaising with HWO Logistics, managing stock, scheduled counts, and forecasting. /p h3Detailed Roles Responsibilities: /h3 ul liProvide support for equipment purchasing, logistics, and liaising with shipping partners /li liMaintain inventory stock levels to meet quarterly operational demand /li liCoordinate shipments with logistics suppliers to ensure timely delivery /li liCalculate and track lead times, ETA/ETD /li liGenerate monthly shortage reports /li liAssist in forecasting, managing local inventory, and distribution /li liFacilitate packaging and labeling of dangerous goods /li liCollaborate with procurement for supply availability and mitigation updates /li liCreate and manage parts lists and replenishment levels /li liDevelop processes for forecast modeling and exception management /li liOversee demand forecasting and regional allocations /li liCommunicate inventory movement (inbound/outbound) to stakeholders /li liSupport physical inventory counts as required /li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree in a related field /li li3+ years in logistics, vendor, or warehouse management /li liDomain Experience in Hardware Operations: Minimum 2 years /li liSpreadsheet, stock management, and forecasting familiarity /li liComfort in fast-changing environments /li liExperience with any ERP tools /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels /li /ul pPlease apply and let's meet! /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
