It also leads the Project Management Office (PMO) and provides leadership across all transformation efforts. /p h3Seniority level /h3 ul liAssociate /li /ul h3Employment type /h3 ul liTemporary /li /ul h3Job function /h3 ul liProject Management /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the Digital Investor Journey Change Initiative, ensuring scope, time, quality and budget are effectively managed. /li liDevelop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, covering milestones, dependencies, risks and resource planning. /li liCoordinate delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring integration of outcomes and alignment with strategic goals. /li liTranslate the business case into actionable implementation phases with measurable value. /li liGovernance and reporting: operate with autonomy while maintaining alignment with PMO standards; prepare project updates and documentation for the Steering Committee and contribute to portfolio-level reporting and decision-making; monitor benefit realisation and post-implementation reviews and value tracking. /li liStakeholder engagement and communication: manage engagement with Investor Engagement, Investor Support, Marketing, IT teams, Enterprise Architecture and the PMO. Ensure regular and clear communication on initiative progress, risks and decisions. Facilitate alignment between technical delivery and business needs, managing expectations and ensuring stakeholder buy-in. /li liResource management and risk management: plan and coordinate project resources with Investor Engagement, Investor Support, IT and the PMO. Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies and manage escalations when needed. /li liChange enablement and transition to BAU: ensure that change management and user adoption are integrated into project delivery. Identify and manage the impact of process and system changes on the organisation. Ensure a smooth transition to Business-as-Usual through documentation, training materials and handover plans. Contribute to the identification and tracking of key success indicators. /li /ul h3Education and Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, IT, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. /li liAt least 5 years of experience managing digital transformation or customer experience initiatives involving both IT and business components. /li liDemonstrated experience in planning and executing transitions from legacy processes or tools to new digital solutions in a complex stakeholder environment, including managing user readiness, data migration and phased go-live strategies. /li liHands-on experience with Scrum methodology, delivering value through MVPs and iterative releases in collaboration with Product Owners and development teams. /li liProven ability to lead multi-stakeholder projects with a focus on compliance, user adoption and measurable business outcomes. /li /ul h3Knowledge Skills /h3 ul liSolid understanding of agile project management, particularly Scrum, backlog management and iterative delivery. /li liAbility to translate business needs into actionable deliverables and incremental value. /li liSkilled in Microsoft Project for project planning, tracking, and reporting in line with PMO standards. /li liFamiliarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365 and Salesforce-based platforms.
