What we ask
We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who combines solid network expertise with a collaborative, forward-thinking mindset. You will help us build secure and resilient operational networks, ensure compliance with industry standards, and future-proof our infrastructure. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will guide teams and influence stakeholders across both IT and OT domains.
You bring:
5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure
Strong knowledge of network and connectivity design (segmentation, VLANs, security zones)
Familiarity with solution architecture standards, ITIL processes, and IT delivery models
Understanding of OT/IT integration, cloud services, and related security implications
Knowledge of industrial standards (IEC 62443, NIS2) and OT security best practices
Expertise in industrial networking protocols and interoperability (e.g., STP, RSTP, MRP within Siemens/Cisco environments)
Experience with monitoring & logging tools (SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog, SIEM)
Strong skills in change & configuration management, documentation, and audit readiness
Awareness of ICT dependencies within manufacturing environments
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
