Job Purpose:
As a Key Account Manager the Netherlands, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders. You will develop and execute regional account plans to ensure patient access and drive meaningful impact in healthcare. Build and maintain sustainable partnerships with healthcare stakeholders, including care groups, pharmacists, hospitals, and healthcare insurers.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to position the value of GSK’s portfolio and improve patient access.
Identify and act on new initiatives and trends in regional healthcare systems to drive innovation and collaboration.
Coordinate GSK’s interactions with stakeholders to ensure alignment with account management plans.
Engage healthcare professionals to improve healthcare quality and outcomes.
Contribute to long-term strategic planning and adjust actions based on evolving customer needs and objectives.
Why You?
Basic Qualifications:
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
University degree or equivalent experience in fields such as Business Management or Life Sciences or HBO degree with 5 years of professional experience.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in strategic account management.
Project management skills with the ability to oversee complex stakeholder landscapes.
Demonstrated success in partnering with care groups and healthcare insurers.
Understanding of the Dutch healthcare system.
Fluent in Dutch, with knowledge of English as a plus.
