Our client is looking for a logistics specialist with experience in transport planning logistics. You will closely work together with customer service to manage the whole end to end logistics transportation process.
You will be responsible for:
Carrier Relationship Management
Customer Relationship Management
Shipment planning and optimization
Track & Trace Shipments in TMS transportation management system
Analyze and optimize delivery processes
Requirements
You have a Bachelor's degree in a related field
You are fluent in English German is a plus
You have transportation andor logistics experience 34 years preferred
You have customer service or hospitality experience
You have excellent communication skills
You have experience with TMS or other systems such as SAP.
You have have an entrepreneurial mindset and you are proactive.
You have the ability to stay calm and friendly even in challenging situations.
Working conditions
Full time hours preferred hours discussable
