Join our expanding multimedia team and contribute to presenting our company’s mission and innovative medical devices through high-quality photography, engaging photo- and video production, and advanced AVL solutions.
As a Multimedia Specialist, you will oversee and execute photo and video shoots across various locations for both internal and external purposes. You will manage and coordinate the entire production process—from concept to completion—ensuring alignment with our brand standards and visual identity.
In this diverse and dynamic role, you will work and travel independently while collaborating closely with teams at our European headquarters in Amersfoort, our global headquarters in the , and hospitals across multiple European countries. A significant part of your responsibilities will include filming and/or live-streaming surgical procedures in operating rooms, as well as producing training materials for surgeons on our products and operating techniques.
The Multimedia Specialist position is part of the Branding team, based at our European headquarters in Amersfoort. Together with two other Multimedia Specialists, you will report to the Manager Branding & Community Relations. There is room to further expand your role and, over time, take on additional responsibilities within the team.
Key Responsabilities
Create and edit multimedia content for multiple platforms, tailored to stakeholder needs
Script, direct, and produce photo and video shoots for surgical product training and branding initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver compelling visual stories
Manage production timelines and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
Coordinate and set up photo and video shoots, including volunteer recruitment, styling, props, and regularly moving or carrying large or heavy equipment as part of the setup
Operate video, audio, and lighting equipment during shoots and live events
Maintain accurate documentation of project details in internal systems
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in multimedia production
Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills
Ability to adapt to changing requirements and schedules
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Willingness to travel internationally on a flexible schedule and to work flexible hours
Interest in expanding responsibilities over time; leadership experience is a plus
Proficiency with PC/Mac platforms and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with Premiere, Audition, and After Effects preferred
