This senior expert position combines organisation design expertise, job evaluation, analytics, and high level advisory to senior stakeholders. The role operates independently on complex, high visibility topics across the organisation. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and redesign organisational structures aligned with strategy and operating models /li liConduct organisational diagnostics including spans and layers, grade structures, and FTE analysis /li liIdentify structural inefficiencies such as duplication or unclear accountability /li liTranslate strategic direction into clear organisational models and role definitions /li liExecute and support job evaluation and job comparison using recognised job evaluation systems /li liAssess organisational proposals against design principles and HR governance frameworks /li liPrepare documentation for expert committees and employee representation processes /li liAct as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR stakeholders during transformations /li liDevelop organisational insights through dashboards, trend analysis, and scenario modelling /li liDeliver impact assessments covering cost, risk, and change implications /li liTrain and coach HR and business stakeholders on organisation design methodologies /li liMaintain organisation design standards, templates, and playbooks /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor or Master degree in HR, Organisational Studies, Business Administration, or related field /li li6 to 8 years of experience in organisation design, organisation development, or HR transformation /li liStrong experience with job evaluation systems, preferably Korn Ferry Hay /li liProven experience in complex reorganisations and organisational change /li liStrong analytical mindset with affinity for data and people analytics /li liAdvanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint /li liAbility to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills /li liExperience in a similar industry is a strong plus /li liEnglish is mandatory, Dutch is a plus /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
