As a Project Quality Manager, you are responsible for leading the quality function within a new manufacturing facility. You ensure compliance with food safety, quality and regulatory requirements while driving a strong quality culture and continuous improvement across all project activities.br/br/Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System; Oversee laboratory operations, quality monitoring and hygiene programs; Manage regulatory compliance and interactions with regulatory authorities; Drive quality performance through KPI monitoring, root cause analysis and CAPA management; Support SAP implementation in line with compliance requirements; Lead continuous improvement initiatives and quality reviews. Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology or a related field; ~5–10+ years of experience in quality roles within manufacturing environments; ~ Experience with audits, CAPA, non-conformities and quality systems management; ~ Experience leading and developing teams; ~ Knowledge of SAP is an advantage; ~ Strong analytical, leadership and stakeholder management skills; ~ Extensive training and professional development opportunities; ~ Strong team spirit and supportive company culture.br/br/Are you an experienced quality professional with a passion for food safety and compliance?
