This is a newly created position with a clear mandate: to elevate the skills, mindset, and performance of our sales teams across multiple channels. You will design and deliver programs that empower our teams to excel in consultative selling and portfolio-based solutions. In this role you will report directly to the Commercial Director Benelux and work closely with Sales Managers, Marketing and Global Sales Excellence. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liDevelop a strategic sales training roadmap tailored to each country and business area. /li liDesign and roll out structured training cycles with clear KPI's and competency frameworks. /li liDeliver impactful group training sessions and coaching programs (in-person and virtual). /li liAssess competencies and identify training needs across teams. /li liDrive onboarding excellence for new sales hires, focusing on consultative selling and value-based conversations. /li liSupport and inspire Sales Managers in team development initiatives. /li liCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment. /li liMonitor training effectiveness through reporting and continuous improvement. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liMinimum 3-5 years of experience in sales training, enablement, or sales force effectiveness with proven results. /li liStrong b… /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
