Responsibilities

Primarily: Tender submission and contract management 

  • Build and maintain knowledge of European and local public procurement regulations. 
  • Identify tender opportunities, map submission timeline and cascade requirements to relevant departments 
  • Compile documentation, submit offers, and act as a contact person for contracting authorities 
  • Maintain accurate documentation and price lists, and inform customers of any price and product changes 
  • Process sales reports in excels to monitor and track the supply of our products to our customers 

    Additionally: Leadership 

  • Report relevant issues and propose solutions that support continuous process improvement 
  • Provide steady, clear guidance to the team, serving as a trusted reference point for questions, coaching, and decision support. 
  • Plan for succession, recruitment, onboarding, and training
  • Cultivate a supportive and cooperative team environment and foster a cohesive atmosphere 
     
  • What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree level 
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a sales support or administrative role
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisor role 
  • Excellent and formal communication skills in French, both in speaking and writing, including good understanding of legal language 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, and Windows-based computer applications
