What we ask
A Master’s degree.
12+ years of relevant experience, including direct engagement with retail partners, with a background in Sales, Category Management, Sustainability and/or Strategy within a retail environment.
Proven ability to operate in complex stakeholder environments and engage credibly with senior commercial leaders, customers and external partners.
A strong growth mindset and intrinsic motivation to drive sustainability transitions at scale.
Strong strategic thinking skills combined with an analytical, datadriven approach to decision making.
Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch, both written and verbal.
Based in the Netherlands, within commuting distance of Amersfoort.

Salary between €7,700 and €10,400 per month, depending on knowledge and experience (full-time);
Full-time workweek of 40 hours, 15% bonus, and a pension;
