ppSenior Digital Marketing Operations Manager EMEA /p h3Purpose /h3 pThe Senior Digital Marketing Operations Manager EMEA for MENTOR owns the execution of a coordinated omnichannel marketing approach across priority markets. The role ensures strong alignment between global strategy and local activation, translating priorities into clear, actionable plans and accelerating execution. It works with a team of Product Managers aligned to key geographies, enabling effective localization of initiatives and consistent delivery. It acts as the central orchestrator across partners, driving performance tracking, continuous optimization, and a scalable operating model. /p h3You Will Be Responsible For /h3 ul liDefine and lead EMEA digital strategy and omnichannel engagement based on aligned global digital strategy /li liIntegrate digital capabilities into brand and portfolio ensuring effective execution /li liEstablish KPIs and analytics frameworks for digital initiatives /li liDrive adoption of emerging technologies and personalization /li liTranslate EMEA and global priorities into clear execution plans /li liEnsure fast and effective localization through Product Managers in each geography /li liEnsure content is consistent, compliant, and easy to adapt locally.
