About the Role

Reporting to the VP Global Integrated Media Connections within the Marketing Excellence organization, the Integrated Media Lead, France & Benelux Cluster plays a key role in defining and driving the integrated media strategy across the cluster.

This role is responsible for ensuring that paid, owned, and earned media investments are fully aligned with business priorities, brand strategies, and growth objectives, delivering a consistent, consumer-centric, and performance-driven media approach across all markets.

Operating at the intersection of strategy, data, creativity, and execution, the Integrated Media Lead collaborates closely with Marketing, Brand, Digital, and Data & Analytics teams, as well as external agency partners.

The role also contributes to building media excellence, scaling best practices across the cluster, and maximizing the return on investment of media activities.

Key Responsibilities

Define and lead the integrated media strategy for the cluster, ensuring alignment with business priorities and brand objectives.

Deploy a holistic approach to media planning and activation across all channels, including traditional, digital, social, and emerging platforms.

Collaborate closely with Brand, Category, Digital, and Data & Analytics teams to deliver integrated, consumer-centric media plans.

Lead media governance frameworks across the cluster, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance across markets.

Optimize media investment allocation to maximize performance, reach, and return on investment through data-driven insights.

Oversee relationships with media agencies and external partners, ensuring high-quality execution and fostering innovation.

Drive standardization, scalability, and best-practice sharing across cluster markets.

Monitor media performance, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Support the adoption and effective use of media tools and platforms across the cluster.

Act as the cluster subject matter expert for integrated media strategy and execution.

Required Qualifications

Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Significant experience (8+ years) in media strategy, media planning, or integrated marketing.

Strong understanding of integrated media ecosystems, including digital and traditional channels.

Proven experience managing relationships with media agencies and external partners.

Experience working within regional and/or multi-country environments.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret media performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

Extensive media experience, ideally within complex and multi-market environments.

Strong understanding of digital media platforms, performance marketing, and data-driven optimization methodologies.

Experience leading media transformation initiatives, driving innovation, or evolving operating models and capabilities.

Responsabilités

Définir et piloter la stratégie média intégré pour le cluster, en assurant son alignement avec les priorités business et les objectifs des marques,

Déployer une approche holistique de la planification et de l’activation média sur l’ensemble des canaux, incluant les médias traditionnels, digitaux, sociaux et les plateformes émergentes,

Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Marques, Catégorie, Digital et Data/Analytics afin de garantir des plans média intégrés et centrés sur le consommateur,

Piloter les cadres de gouvernance média au niveau du cluster, en assurant cohérence, efficacité et conformité sur l’ensemble des marchés,

Optimiser l’allocation des investissements média afin de maximiser la performance, la couverture et le retour sur investissement grâce à des insights basés sur la data,

Superviser la collaboration avec les agences média et partenaires externes, en garantissant un haut niveau de qualité d’exécution et en favorisant l’innovation,

Favoriser la standardisation, la scalabilité et le partage des meilleures pratiques entre les marchés du cluster,

Suivre la performance média, analyser les résultats et fournir des recommandations concrètes et actionnables aux parties prenantes,

Accompagner l’adoption des outils, plateformes média au niveau du cluster,

Agir en tant que référent(e) cluster pour la stratégie et l’exécution médias intégrés.

Qualifications requises

Diplôme de niveau Bac+5 en Marketing, Communication, Commerce ou dans un domaine équivalent,

Expérience significative ( plus de 8 ans) en stratégie média, planification média ou marketing intégré,

Excellente compréhension des écosystèmes média intégrés, incluant les canaux digitaux et traditionnels,

Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de relations avec des agences média et partenaires externes,

Expérience dans des environnements régionaux ou multi-pays,

Solides compétences analytiques, avec une capacité à interpréter les données de performance média et à en tirer des recommandations actionnables,

Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion de parties prenantes,

Maîtrise de l’anglais.

Qualifications souhaitées

Expérience significative en média, idéalement sur des environnements complexes et multi-marchés,

Très bonne compréhension des plateformes média digitales, du performance marketing et des logiques d’optimisation basées sur la data,

Expérience dans la transformation des pratiques média, l’innovation ou l’évolution des modèles opérationnels.
