What we ask
Academic/master level Degree, preferably in marketing, business economics, food technology or technical business.
8-10 years’ work relevant experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the Infant Nutrition, nutrition or dairy ingredients industry.
A strong record in strategy development, innovation plans and roadmaps and in-market execution.
A strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and see the bigger picture, translating insights into actionable plans.
Strong affinity for scientific environments, with the ability to collaborate effectively with R&D teams and translate complex science into compelling value propositions.Proven experience in delivering business growth through successful execution of marketing and commercial strategies.
Solid understanding of cross-functional project management and working in multidisciplinary teams in a global environment.
Proven capabilities in managing stakeholders through influencing, providing insights and analyses, challenging conventional thinking, and daring to be bold and speak up when required to achieve the right result.
Being able to see the bigger picture in a complex environment (helicopter view), yet persistent to drive successful execution.
