Job Location – Amsterdam, Netherlands

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure applications within the ServiceNow SPM suite: Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand, Resource, Timecards, Agile/SAFe, and Financial Planning.
- Implement custom workflows, business rules, UI scripts, and automations using Flow Designer and Script Includes.
- Integrate ServiceNow SPM with external tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP, etc., using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Design and deliver reports and dashboards using Performance Analytics and native reporting tools.
- Participate in requirement gathering, stakeholder workshops, and technical design sessions.
- Work collaboratively with Product Owners, Process Owners, Architects, and QA teams.
- Provide post-deployment support, troubleshoot issues, and perform system upgrades and patches in line with best practices.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, governance models, and change management processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including at least 3 years in SPM (or ITBM) modules.
- Strong understanding of Project and Portfolio Management, Agile methodologies, and ITIL/ITSM frameworks.
- Experience with Agile Development 2.0, Scrum Programs, and/or SAFe implementations in ServiceNow.
- Solid experience in ServiceNow integrations (Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certifications:
- Certified Application Developer
- Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM/PPM
- Agile and Test Management (optional)
- Familiarity with Scoped Applications and Custom App development.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using tools like Jira or Rally.
