About the role
You will land in our People & Culture team together with our HR manager and HR officer. In this role, you will:
- Own full-cycle recruitment including interns from intake to onboarding, you ensure a smooth, human-centered recruitment experience.
- Build and strengthen our Employer Brand. You translate our mission, culture, and values into authentic stories that resonate with the right candidates.
- Create a unified onboarding experience. You design and coordinate onboarding that connects new colleagues to our people, purpose, and way of working—across teams and disciplines.
- Coordinate Learning & Development (L&D). You help shape and align learning initiatives that support both individual growth and organizational needs.
Your work directly impacts the quality of our teams and the cultural fabric that binds them together. You don’t just fill roles—you help build a community.
What you will do
As Talent & Culture Specialist, you combine hands-on execution with cultural stewardship. Your work spans talent attraction, employee experience, and learning.
- Translate hiring needs into clear role profiles and compelling job postings
- Proactively source, screen, and engage mission-driven candidates
- Guide hiring managers through structured, fair, and human recruitment processes
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from first contact to offer
- Strengthen and activate our employer brand across channels (website, LinkedIn, referrals, events)
- Design and coordinate a unified onboarding journey for all new colleagues
- Ensure smooth collaboration between teams, managers, and buddies
- Coordinate Learning & Development initiatives across the organization
- Align training needs with individual growth, team goals, and organizational priorities
Who we are looking for
You are someone who has:
- HBO working level
- Dutch professional level (C1)
- About 2 to 5 years experience in recruitment and/or HR, ideally in a dynamic or purpose-driven organization
- A strong belief in culture, collaboration, and people development
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional presence
- The ability to juggle multiple vacancies and stakeholders with structure and calm
- A proactive, hands-on mindset—you see what’s needed and take ownership
- Affinity with employer branding, onboarding, and learning initiatives
What we offer
- A versatile role in a growing, sustainable company for 24 to 32 hours a week
- Flexible working hours
- Working hybrid, of which two days per week in the office

- A starting salary between €3.000 to €4.000 (FT) based on your experience and background.
