As a Working Student, you will support a variety of finance and operational activities across multiple international entities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a fast-growing international company while working with stakeholders across Europe.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning, maintaining, and improving master data;
- Supporting Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes;
- Following up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and open balances;
- Assisting with debtor management and collections activities;
- Helping reduce administrative backlogs and improve data quality;
- Supporting finance-related analyses and reporting activities;
- Working with internal stakeholders across the UK, Ireland, Poland, Hungary, Portugal, and the Netherlands.

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented student who enjoys working with data, processes, and people.
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program at a Dutch university or university of applied sciences (HBO), preferably in:
- Finance & Control
- Business Administration
- International Business
- Commercial Economics
- Economics
- Or a related field
In addition, you:
- Have strong analytical and organizational skills;
- Are comfortable working with numbers and administrative processes;
- Communicate confidently with colleagues and customers;
- Have a good command of English, both written and spoken;
- Are proactive, accurate, and eager to learn;
- Have experience with Excel (preferred).
