Screening Resumes: You’ll review resumes and applications to spot top talent based on our set criteria and job requirements
Interview Coordination: You’ll handle scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently
Candidate Communication: You’ll keep candidates in the loop throughout the recruitment process, updating them on their application status and managing the recruitment inbox
Data Management: You’ll maintain our candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS), keeping all records accurate and up-to-date
Onboarding Assistance: You’ll help new hires get settled by preparing documentation and assisting with administrative tasks
Reporting: You’ll generate reports from the ATS to track recruitment metrics and provide insights to the HR team
What you bring
You are currently enrolled at a university of applied sciences (HBO) in the Netherlands for a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources
You possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
You have a natural curiosity and a desire to explore new ideas and approaches
You are available for a minimum of 10 weeks and a minimum of three days per week
